Director Liu Ye leads a delegation to the ITER headquarters in France

　　In June 2023, Liu Ye, Director of the SWIP, led a delegation to ITER headquarters of ITER organization in Cadarache, France, visited ITER Director General Pietro BARABASCHI, and had a discussion with Deputy Director General Luo Delong.

　Luo Delong welcomed Liu Ye and his delegation, and introduces the progress and challenges of the current ITER project. He stated that ITER organization and SWIP had maintained a good cooperative relationship for a long time and would continue to pay attention to the progress of HL-3. In the future, the two sides can carry out cooperation in related fields to create a model of global cooperation in the field of nuclear fusion.

　Liu Ye introduced the progress of ITER tasks of SWIP, and the purpose to establish French Research Center of SWIP. He invited Luo Delong to attend the opening ceremony of French Research Center of SWIP.
